Battle of the Post Baby Bulge - Week 2
Amazingly I’m down two kilos since last weeks post, 62kgs (mind you I think my scales may be a little kind, and breastfeeding seems to be working it’s calorie burning magic) only 12 to go until I reach my goal weight. I promised myself I’d buy myself a little treat when I reached my mini goal of 60kgs, mm what shall it be, perfume, jewellery, just something small ;)
The most recent wellbeing Wednesday challenge was to eat at least three fresh salads, I’ve managed to do that quite easily, my personal challenge this week is to incorporate chia seeds into my healthy eating regime as well as drink a shot of chlorophyll daily, also whilst keeping up my other pledges -
* Drink water
* Eat more vegetables and salads
* Exercise at least three days a week
I’ve also started dry body brushing each morning before my shower and have been using my customised detox blend created by the lovely Audra James, speaking of which she has a great detox post over at her blog.
Here is another article of interest I was directed to on twitter one day by the sweet Ms Curious, it’s definitely something to keep in mind when you’re considering “cheating” on your diet.
