10 Day Cycle - 2 

My first 10 day cycle was a bit of a flop, not in all senses, but let’s just say that life tends to have it’s own plans, so here is my second attempt at a 10 day cycle, I’m going to try and make it easier on myself hehe

Mental Health -

*Smile more

*Get sunshine regualrly (depending on weather gods)

*Be creative, maybe make a new zine

*Sing and dance around my lougeroom like a crazy lady

House/Home -

*Keep a tidy house/stay on top of chores/be more organised

Family related -

*Do more craft/art/play with the kids

*Go to the park everyday

Fitness/Physical health -

*Run everyday while the hubster is on holidays

*Work on my eating healthy, no bingeing 

*Eat fruit and veg everyday

*lose 2kg (I lost 1kg since my last 10 day cycle)

Book I’m reading -

*Club Dead

Skincare -

*Paula’s Choice BHA 2% gel

*Microfibre cloth

*Moo Goo (MSM cream and anti-aging cream)

*Garnier Nutritionist UV Protect SPF 15 daily moisturising lotion

Haircare and Styling-

*Get a decent toner type shampoo for brassiness

*Alchemy leave in conditioner Lavender & Anthyllis

*KMS sea salt spray

Makeup -

* Experiment with my OOC Lip tars

* Try not to buy anything new!!!
