I recently purchased three EOS balms (one from Addicted 2 Lip Balm and the other two in a set from ebay) and while I like them I don’t loooove them, here’s the reasons for and against…

FOR

* Cute unique packaging

* Yummy scent

* All natural

* Paraben and Petrolatum free

* It’s unique spherical shape coats both lips in one swipe

AGAINST

* Not particularly moisturising on the lips

* Not a long lasting balm

As you can see, there’s not that much going against the balm so much, it’s just that these two points make or break a good balm for me. I want to feel the balm on my lips in a thicker consistency so that it at least feels as though my lips are being offered some sort of moisturisation and protection from the elements of sun and wind.

Will I repurchase EOS balms?

No not for myself, perhaps as a small gift for the cute/novelty factor (my daughters, miss 4 and miss 2 love them!) but it’s not a balm I need more of in my life.
