Not a lot

Went for a 10k run this morning, then followed it up with Hungry Jacks, not the best way to refuel after a run considering I’m trying to lose weight. I have a funny relationship with food, always been this way. Yesterday just ate potato chips all day and drank earl grey tea and well the day before that I literally just ate m&m cookies all day, yes completely mental I know. I don’t know why I’m writing this really, I just wish I had some control. Tomorrow is another day…
